IMPORTANT NOTICE – BNC OUTAGE / § 341 MEETINGS
Due to the BNC outage, service of certain § 341 notices were affected. As a result, some § 341 Meetings of Creditors will not proceed as currently scheduled.
Properly noticed § 341 meetings, whether initial or rescheduled, will proceed as scheduled.
Affected meetings will be rescheduled. Debtors and counsel who have been notified by our office that their meeting is affected should not appear for the currently scheduled meeting.
Please continue to submit all required § 341 documents to avoid delays once the noticing issue is resolved.
